About the Role

The Mulberry Batter Breader Operator plays a critical role in the food production process by ensuring that products are consistently coated with batter and breading to meet quality and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications

Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a food manufacturing or processing facility. Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety regulations. Basic knowledge of quality control procedures in food production. Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor battering and breading machinery to ensure consistent product coating. Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and accommodate different product types or batch sizes. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to comply with food safety and sanitation standards. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, including coating thickness and uniformity.

Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any operational issues promptly. Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
