Director, AI for Education & Workforce

Join IREX as Director, AI for Education and Workforce and help shape the responsible use of AI to expand learning and opportunity worldwide! You will devote the majority of your effort to leading AI-in-education strategy for the ASAS program in Jordan, with responsibility for program leadership, delivery, evidence generation, risk management, and external representation. You will also advance IREX’s broader AI portfolio through technical leadership, partnerships, thought leadership, and business development, ensuring that learning from Jordan both informs—and benefits from—IREX’s wider work in education and workforce development. This is a strategy and program leadership role, not a software engineering position.
