OVERVIEW

i. Tech AG is seeking a Senior Service. Now Developer to support a federal program by designing, developing, and enhancing Service. Now solutions in a secure, scalable, and compliant environment. This role serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for building high-quality platform functionality, developing user-facing portals, and supporting core Service.

Now capabilities aligned to mission and business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on Service. Now development experience, deep familiarity with portal technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile and SAFe delivery environments. This role requires a developer who can translate requirements into maintainable, performant Service.

Now solutions while adhering to federal standards and best practices. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and configure Service. Now solutions to support federal program requirements Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies Develop and enhance Service. Now ITAM functionality Design, develop, and support Service.

Now portals and web-based user experiences, including Service Portal and/or UI Builder Collaborate with Service. Now Architects to implement scalable, standards-based solutions Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning Troubleshoot and resolve Service.

Now defects and production issues Ensure configurations and customizations align with federal security and compliance requirements Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team Support and enhance ITAM knowledge enablement Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of hands-on Service.

Now development experience Strong experience developing custom Service. Now applications and platform configurations Hands-on experience with Service. Now portal development (Service Portal and/or UI Builder) Proficiency with Service. Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree Service.

Now CSA and CAD or CIS certification PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Service. Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS): CIS – IT Asset Management (ITAM) Experience supporting federal government programs Strong experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and user experience design Experience configuring ITAM module Familiarity with Service.

Now data model and performance optimization Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Experience supporting Dev. Sec.
