We are looking for Implementation Consultants At The Journey, technology and compliance don't operate in separate lanes — they move together. If you're someone who speaks fluently across IT infrastructure and legal operations, and you're ready to be the connective tissue between two critical functions, this full-time role in San Francisco was built with you in mind.

What You'll Own Manage and maintain IT systems while providing operational support to the legal team, including contract management platforms, e-signature tools, and matter tracking software Coordinate IT procurement processes with a focus on vendor contract compliance, software licensing, and data privacy obligations Partner with legal counsel to ensure IT policies align with regulatory requirements, including data retention, security standards, and acceptable use Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional IT and legal queries, triaging and resolving issues with minimal escalation What You Bring Demonstrated experience supporting both IT operations and a legal or compliance function, either in a blended role or in close collaboration Familiarity with SaaS platform administration, user provisioning, and IT asset management Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools and document management systems Strong understanding of data privacy frameworks relevant to US-based technology organizations Experience working within a technology-driven organization where process documentation and audit readiness are part of daily operations — as is true across The Journey's environment Clear, confident communicator who can translate technical detail for legal stakeholders and vice versa Why The Journey The Journey sits within the Page.
