Sourcing Engineer- PCB, PCBA

Your Job This role is ideal for a sourcing professional with a strong technical background and experience managing supplier development and sourcing activities printed circuit boards (PCB), printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), Electronic components and High-Speed Cables assemblies. The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Development Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and suppliers to drive sourcing strategy, technical feasibility, cost competitiveness, and supply readiness for next-generation high-speed cables: ACC and DAC.

The individual will support the Sourcing Engineer responsible for the expanding ACC and DAC portfolio, proactively identify sourcing risks, and execute against aggressive project timelines. The ideal candidate combines electronics commodity knowledge with practical exposure to cable and connector assemblies and supporting electromechanical hardware, demonstrates ownership and urgency, and can influence cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver results.
