Warehouse Associate - (Food Distribution, Cold Chain)

Description Shifts Available: Shift 1 (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) Shift 2 (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday) Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, fulfillment, and shipment of products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders Load and unload with manual or delivery trucks using equipment Maintain organized and clearly labeled inventory storage areas Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies Follow established safety protocols and warehouse procedures Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free of hazards Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by the Warehouse Manager Working Conditions: Climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments.

Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery.

and stand/walk for extended periods Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided). Previous experience in cold, freezing, or hot warehouse temperatures. (Preferred but not required).
