Line Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Line Inspector with strong knowledge of Welding and Fabrication processes to ensure all production line items meet required quality and dimensional standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Inspect items produced on the production line for quality, dimensions, and conformity to specifications.

Utilize gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify product tolerances. Perform inspections specifically on welded and fabricated components to ensure accuracy, alignment, and finish as per drawings and standards. Document inspection results and identify defects or recurring quality concerns. Collaborate closely with the production and welding teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and relevant industry regulations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the inspection area.

Requirements

Practical knowledge of Welding and Fabrication inspection techniques. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
