Technical Producer – Live & Corporate Broadcast Production Location: Mercer County, NJ Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time | On-going Contract Bring Big Moments to Life!

Maslow Media Group is looking for an experienced Technical Producer to lead the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid corporate broadcasts for a leading organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on production professional who can take a project from the initial conversation to the final broadcast.

You'll partner with executive stakeholders, presenters, technical teams, and vendors to bring important company-wide communications to life. We're looking for someone who combines production instincts with strong technical knowledge, exceptional organization, and the ability to stay cool when the cameras are rolling. What You'll Be Doing Meet with internal stakeholders to define the purpose, audience, format, production scope, run of show, timing, approvals, and technical requirements for live, virtual, and hybrid corporate broadcasts; advise on realistic approaches that fit corporate resources and budgets.

Lead pre-production and live execution for all-employee broadcasts, executive town halls, R&D meetings, webcasts, panel discussions, and other corporate events; develop show flows, scripts, cue sheets, rehearsal plans, contingency procedures, and stakeholder communications. Serve as the hands-on live event Producer and primary production point of contact, coordinating presenters, executive leadership, remote participants, technical operators, AV support, and external vendors before, during, and after each broadcast.

Plan and manage virtual and hybrid production workflows, including remote contribution, meeting and streaming platforms, audio and video signal paths, presentation playback, graphics, recording, encoding, and distribution. Direct rehearsals, perform readiness checks, and troubleshoot time-sensitive issues during live events.

Assess event-specific equipment, crew, freelance, and vendor requirements; develop schedules, production plans, estimates, and budgets; secure required approvals and coordinate bookings, logistics, and technical testing. Tailor the production approach to the needs of each event, making effective use of available resources.

Personally perform appropriate production functions when needed, while engaging specialist crew or vendors for more complex requirements. Coordinate post-event recordings, highlights, deliverables, and archival as needed. Support conventional video production, editing, and other multimedia projects when requested, without displacing primary live-broadcast responsibilities.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience independently producing live and virtual corporate broadcasts, webcasts, executive town halls, and high-visibility events from planning and rehearsal through live execution and delivery. Strong understanding of live broadcast and streaming workflows, including virtual meeting platforms, audio/video routing, remote contributors, presentation and graphics playback, recording, and basic troubleshooting.

Ability to develop accurate run-of-show documents, production schedules, cue sheets, technical plans, rehearsal schedules, contingency plans, and event-specific budgets. Experience directing and coordinating presenters, executive stakeholders, production crews, freelance personnel, AV teams, and external vendors in fast-moving live environments.

Excellent calm, consultative communication and sound judgment under live-show pressure; ability to guide stakeholders, anticipate risks, resolve problems, and maintain professionalism. Hands-on technical production knowledge to assess equipment, staffing, venue, streaming, and connectivity needs for virtual, in-person, and hybrid events; ability to scale solutions to available resources.

Ability to manage multiple live events and shifting deadlines independently, with careful attention to detail, approvals, rehearsals, and timely follow-through. 5+ years of professional production experience, with substantial direct responsibility for live, virtual, or hybrid broadcasts and at least 2 years supporting corporate stakeholders.

Extra Points If You Have Corporate live production experience: Understand corporate budgets, internal approvals, executive protocols, available resources, and the differences between corporate broadcasts and traditional television or video shoots. Hands-on capabilities: Be willing and able to perform multiple live-production functions as project needs require, rather than relying exclusively on specialized crew members.

Technical production knowledge: Evaluate live event requirements, accurately identify equipment, labor, streaming, connectivity, and contingency needs, and develop a practical production plan for each event. Adaptability: Tailor live, virtual, and hybrid production workflows, equipment selections, and crew sizes to individual events rather than relying on a standard equipment or crew list.

Consultative communication: Guide internal stakeholders with varying production experience; offer realistic live-event solutions while respecting their objectives and vision. Strong interpersonal skills: Remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and collaborate professionally with executives, presenters, international stakeholders, and technical teams.

Resourcefulness: Make effective use of existing systems, equipment, personnel, and approved budgets; proactively identify practical alternatives and escalate risks early.

Preferred Skills

Experience producing high-visibility executive broadcasts, global corporate town halls, or live events Experience with hybrid event production, multi-camera switching, remote contribution, live graphics, show calling, and professional streaming or webcast platforms. Experience evaluating and recommending production equipment, live streaming technologies, vendors, and workflows that improve event reliability and operational efficiency.

Additional experience with recorded video production, interviewing, editing, post-production, highlights, and multimedia content is a plus, but is secondary to live and virtual broadcast expertise. What’s in it for you: Once you join our team, you would get the opportunity to work with experienced leaders who provide the tools and training necessary for you to contribute to the continued success of our client’s organization.

In addition, our comprehensive and competitive benefits program is designed to support the health, financial well-being, and work-life balance of our employees.
