Substitute Teachers - Hutchinson, MN

Interested in becoming a Substitute Teacher at Hutchinson Public Schools? If you are interested in becoming a short-call sub, the required license can be acquired through the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Short call substitute licenses are valid for three years.

The initial fee for first-time applicants is $90.25 and available on the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) website . To be a substitute teacher for ISD 423, you would need to apply and be employed by Kelly Education. Kelly Education is our absence management system that finds substitute teachers on our behalf.
