Description The Role: This position is for someone who has managerial and hands on skills and who has the ability to hire, supervise and direct Handypersons and contractors at a high-end social club and residential community. Job specifications Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to oversee the repairs and maintenance of: Flooring Carpeting Painting Plastering Drywall Wall coverings Appliances Windows Doors Electrical Plumbing HVAC Porter Maintenance Record keeping Schedule:· Monday – Friday Salary and Benefits:· $90,000.
