Maintenance Technician l
Job description
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and full benefits offered. Maintenance Technicians* perform general property maintenance repairs and upgrades involving plumbing, electrical, painting & drywall. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred) and HVAC experience is not required for this opportunity.
This an onsite, full time position for our Somerset Park property located in Albuquerque, NM.
