Clinical Leadership-Clinical Director

Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care Qualifications: Bachelor’s in nursing (NLN-accredited) or a 4-year degree (preferred) Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California 2+ years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a related field Supervisory experience within the last 3 years Ideal Candidate: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Confident communicator who is looking for growth Grow your career with a supportive team and a clear path to clinical leadership growth !

Salary Range: $95,000 to $120,000 annually This range represents Nurse. Core’s good faith estimate of compensation in compliance with California pay transparency laws.
