As a Community Participation Support Direct Support Professional (CPS DSP), you’ll spend your days helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities explore their interests, connect with their community, and achieve personal goals — all while having fun along the way. No two days are the same — one day might be volunteering, visiting a museum, or going for a walk in the park; the next, helping someone learn new life skills or try something brand new.

What You’ll Do Plan and lead community outings tailored to each individual’s goals and interests. Support individuals in developing independence, confidence, and social skills. Build relationships with local businesses, clubs, and organizations for meaningful inclusion opportunities. Provide safe and reliable transportation to and from community activities.

Document daily activities and progress toward personal goals. Be a positive role model who embodies C-NTA’s Culture of Gratitude and teamwork. What You’ll Bring A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed.??? High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age with a valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
