City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Compliance Consultant The Compliance Consultant role will primarily support the enterprise Conflict of Interest process . The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Effective communication and conflict management abilities Self-motivation and initiative Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Solid und erstanding of the healthcare environment Prior experience managing Conflict of Interest matters is not required; however, it wou ld be highly beneficial.

The individual in this role must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. This position will support both care delivery and payor functions across the health system . The candidate must be comfor table working in a fast-paced environment and have experience engaging with senior leadership an d executive stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position requiring in - office presence two to three days per we ek , as well as attendance at required on-site meetings throughout the year . Location: Sentara Park, Virginia Beach, Virginia Education Bachelors Level Degree (Required) Certification/Licensure OHCC (Office Healthcare Compliance) , AIHC or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) Experience Prior experience managing Conflict of Interest matters is not required; however, it wou ld be highly beneficial.
