Position: Server Location: Sawtelle - 2123 Sawtelle Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90025 We’re a fast-casual ramen destination with four LA locations, known for blending modern flavors with traditional ramen recipes – and we’re now hiring Part Time Servers to join our team. Essential Functions

and Responsibilities Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest Work in various FOH areas: hosting, food running, to-go packing and hand off, and bussing Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while always providing a quality product and excellent customer service Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and strive for new opportunities for growth and learning Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the dining area Serve happiness in the form of food and drinks Greet guests in a friendly and respectable manner Respond to any customer needs or questions Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of menu items Communicate with management about any customer issues or FOH issues Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary Other tasks as specified by management Skills and Requirements 1+ years of server experience in a fast-paced environment Able to work flexible hours Able to work nights & weekends Able to work under pressure Food Handlers Certificate Working Conditions & Physical Demands Restaurants are equipped with ventilated air conditioning Noise level is moderate to high Temperatures vary from hot to cold Floors may be slippery due to the nature of the business Able to stand for 2-4 hours at a time Able to reach overhead and outwards, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and squat Able to lift, push, carry and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds or less Other Duties This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.
