Director, Product Strategy and Operations

We are seeking a hands-on product strategy and operations leader to strengthen how product strategy translates into investment decisions, execution, customer adoption, and business performance.

In this director-level role, you will build and maintain the operating framework that enables product leadership to make informed decisions, prioritize effectively, and measure outcomes across a SaaS product portfolio. You will partner closely with senior executives, Finance, go-to-market teams, and global product stakeholders to improve planning, governance, reporting, and monetization.

Using customer insights, product analytics, and AI-powered automation, you will streamline workflows, surface portfolio risks, and reduce manual operational effort. You will also help connect customer feedback, product-market fit, packaging, and adoption metrics to strategic priorities.
