We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals so they can remain in their homes. Our caregiver services range from simple companionship and personal care to more complex cases when care is needed for someone living with chronic disease, stroke, or recovering from surgery. • PCA Requirements: Minimum of one year experience in-home care (professional or private) Must be 18 years old and able to work legally in the US Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 with shot record Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record Must have reliable transportation Excellent communication skills - bilingual and multilingual caregivers welcomed Must be able to use a smartphone for electronic visit verification (EVV) and caregiver notes Ability to pass extensive background checks, including Live Scan fingerprinting Have a negative TB screening within the last 90 days Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry Be compassionate, understanding, flexible, and have a true desire to help others Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week Work Location: In person
