About the Role

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and versatile Staff Members to join our team in Brickell! As a Staff Member, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. This is a dynamic role perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, love interacting with customers, and take pride in maintaining a pristine, welcoming space.

Instead of being confined to a single task, you will be cross-trained to handle multiple aspects of the business—from customer service and order preparation to maintaining location standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an exceptional overall experience. Daily Operations: Assist with food/beverage preparation, restock inventory, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Location Maintenance & Cleaning: Conduct opening/closing duties, and ensure the location is thoroughly cleaned and organized at the end of your assigned shift.

What We Are Looking For

A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong reliability, punctuality, and time-management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, specifically afternoon and evening shifts (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM availability is a major plus). Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate!
