• WINAMAC, IN, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Health Care, Seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse to join our surgery team. Working in a rural hospital offers the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills while providing personalized care to our community. Our nurses are cross-trained in pre-op, circulating, post-anesthesia care, and discharge, supporting patients throughout their surgical experience. Previous surgical nursing experience is preferred, but we welcome nurses who are eager to learn and will provide training for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Current Indiana Registered Nurse license. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; these may be obtained during training. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. A willingness to learn, develop skills across all phases of surgical care, and respond to emergency needs. Five 8 hour day shift per week, Monday through Friday.

On-call coverage one night per week and every fifth weekend for after-hours and weekend emergencies. No regularly scheduled holiday shifts; holiday emergency call rotates among staff and typically includes 1-2 holidays per year.
