Band Assistant

Band Assistant JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: Assist Band Director with keeping band room neat and organized and keep inventory of instruments and uniforms.

Responsibilities

Inventory instruments Keep a full and ongoing record of all instruments and a thorough record of where each instrument is at all times. Inventory Uniforms Assist Band director is making copies of music, keeping music organized and filed properly. Assist Band director in contacting band members to relay information. Keep an updated schedule of where the Band will be expected to play and when.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure procedures are followed accurately Reliability is a must. If you cannot commit to work the full semester then please don’t apply! Working Hours: 8:00am – 8:oopm Monday through Friday. Pay Rate: Starting at $10.00 10-15 Hrs/week
