BI lead

Lead information gathering and document business, functional and non-functional requirements on BI initiatives ranging from simple report development down to full fledge application Specify business systems (inputs, outputs, data, human and automated interfaces) to meet information processing objectives Work in concert with the data integration managers and leads to deliver cohesive solutions Perform data modeling, application development and tuning to meet customer functional and non-functional requirements Plan and lead the QC/QA and UAT by creating test plans, use cases and coordinating with the data warehouse developers and business community Work hand in hand with the PM in planning the projects in Agile methodology Maintain knowledge repository for both project documentation, BI and other technical skills Create plan and lead new user onboarding as well as provide 1:1 training mentoring sessions
