Bilingual Recruiter Pay Rate: $19 Per Hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses Recruiter Job Summary Our recruiters are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing employees sent out to work. They also handle day-to-day operations by providing customer service and having daily contact in person and by phone with the general managers, who accept the employees we are sending out to work.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this role to effectively communicate with our clients and candidates At least 1 year of customer service experience At least 1 year of recruiting experience Good personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential programs (MS Word + Excel, email, etc.)
