Retention Facilitator

Workforce Linc/Lincoln Tech is seeking a Retention Facilitator who will be responsible for ongoing professional and personal development of our custom training graduates. The Retention Facilitator will analyze student performance and create action plans to meet their development needs. As a representative of the company, the incumbent holds responsibility for maintaining, facilitating and executing on partnership agreements as assigned by the Director of Education/VP of the WFL Group.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role with demonstrated track record of successful management Experience mentoring, coaching and leading new learners Skill in MS Office Suite of Programs Have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining trust and good working relationships.

Responsibilities
