TikTok Shop’s Risk Control Platform is a global team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators. We focus on areas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness, and sustainability of the e-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of and develop systems for international e-Commerce account risk control, risk intelligence, and related areas.
• Analyze data and abstract complex problems within the assigned business domain, driving improvements to risk-control products and technical processes.
• Develop a deep understanding of risk operations in e-Commerce and build agent capabilities to support the AI transformation of strategy operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, and Python.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with common software design principles and good coding practices.
• Experience designing complex distributed systems, with a strong understanding of commonly used storage systems and middleware.
• Strong ownership, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for developing a deep understanding of the business and building business-critical systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in risk control or governance business.
• Experience developing agents for large-scale production use.
• Full-stack development capabilities.
