Chief Operating Officer

Lead the Operations. Shape the Future. Make an Impact. We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is ready to make a meaningful impact on a growing medical device company. This is more than an operations role. As a member of our executive leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we operate, develop strong leaders, build scalable processes, and help position the company for its next stage of growth. You’ll lead through a talented team of Directors and Leaders overseeing Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Warehousing.

will be to bring these functions together, create alignment, remove roadblocks, and turn company strategy into operational results.
