Insurance Associate

Insurance Associates support the management and oversight of insurance processes within Mortgage Servicing to ensure compliance with investors, regulatory, and company requirements. This role includes coordinating with our insurance vendor (Proctor) and insurance agencies, monitoring and tracking insurance claims, reviewing billing cycles, and assisting with audits, responses, and daily operational tasks.
