Sr. BDM

We are looking for a senior growth leader who owns revenue, shapes strategy, and builds lasting enterprise relationships - not just a quota carrier, but a key voice in how Alendei grows.

• Own annual revenue targets and manage end-to-end pipelines across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Build territory plans, account frameworks, and quarterly BD roadmaps aligned to company goals.
• Develop executive-level relationships with CXOs, CMOs, and MDs - and lead high-stakes negotiations.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships - resellers, alliances, and channel partners - to expand Alendei’s market reach.
• Drive business development in international markets: GCC, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
• Represent Alendei at industry events, trade shows, and government forums to build visibility and generate senior relationships. *Consider this your territory plan - the best senior BDMs always close beyond the forecast. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in B2B business development or enterprise sales with a strong deal closure record.
• Proven experience managing CXO-level relationships and owning the full sales cycle.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills. Individuals with the below proficiencies will have an added advantage:
• International sales experience in the GCC, Southeast Asia, Africa, or other emerging markets.
• Building and Managing channel/partner ecosystem management experience for indirect revenue.
• Exposure to multi-vertical or conglomerate selling, representing a portfolio of products under a parent brand.
