People Growth Manager

Logika 4PL is a Greek freight-forwarding and logistics provider delivering transport, warehousing, customs, and broader supply-chain services. As HR Executive, you will support talent acquisition efforts and help shape an efficient, well-organized recruitment process that connects the business with the right people.

Responsibilities

Recruit candidates across open roles. Handle the interview process from coordination through evaluation stages. Use Workable to manage recruitment activity. Fill positions in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience. Experience handling the interview process, including competency-based interviewing. Track record of filling positions in a high-growth or dynamic tech environment. Hands-on experience using Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter. Prior recruiting experience in logistics or supply chain. Experience working with department heads throughout hiring processes.

Fluency in Greek and English. Eligibility to work in Greece. A degree in Psychology is a plus.
