Position Summary

The HR Coordinator – Leave, Workers’ Compensation & Payroll is a hands-on member of the Human Resources team at a federal contractor that designs and manufactures body armor and ballistic protective equipment for military, law enforcement, and government customers. Based at the company’s Pompano Beach, Florida headquarters, this role owns the end-to-end administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and related leaves, workers’ compensation claims, and payroll processing in UKG. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated hands-on experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management and UKG Employee Pay, a strong command of leave and workers’ compensation regulations, and the accuracy, discretion, and documentation discipline required in a regulated manufacturing and federal-cont
