Postdoctoral Associate - Andersen Lab - Immunology and Microbiology

The Andersen Lab is seeking a postdoc with a background in genomic epidemiology and/or viral genomics to develop and deploy AI-enabled, large-scale pathogen surveillance platforms for monitoring outbreaks. The role centers on integrating genomic data from clinical and wastewater samples with experimental data to identify emerging mutations and lineages with the potential to adversely impact public health.
