Responsible for the day to day operations of the entire body shop. Manage autobody staff of 5 employees with authority to hire, interview, train and terminate employees. Continually deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee financial records & adjust accordingly. Operations overview to make strategic adjustments and changes to staff habits to positively impact profits.
Counsel & train team members to impact productivity & profit. Oversee estimating & billing to maximize profitability.
