Account Executive

Neo. Work is hiring Account Executives to own the full sales cycle for U.S. clients, from discovery to signed contract. You will run demos, build business cases, negotiate, and close deals while keeping a clean, accurate pipeline. Neo. Work is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.

S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while Neo. Work takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound opportunities through the full sales cycle
• Run discovery calls, product demos, and tailored presentations
• Build proposals and business cases that address each prospect's needs
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed quota
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity in the CRM
• Partner with onboarding and account management teams for a smooth handoff Requirements
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals
• Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable presenting to U.S. decision-makers
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Experience with Hub. Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Availability to work U.S. business hours
• Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection Nice to Have
