Customer Service Associate (Part-Time) Location: Fairhaven, Massachusetts Start Your Career in Banking Are you passionate about helping people and delivering great customer service? At Bay. In this role, you’ll be on the front line of our branch, creating positive customer experiences while building valuable skills for a long-term career in banking. What You’ll Do Customer Service & Engagement:

• Serve as the face of the bank, delivering friendly and professional service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Build relationships and identify customer needs Sales & Relationship Development:
• Recommend banking products and services
• Identify referral opportunities
• Support branch service goals Transactions & Operations:
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Balance cash and maintain transaction accuracy
• Assist with ATM, night deposit, and safe deposit functions Teamwork & Growth:
• Participate in team initiatives and training programs
• Support other departments as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
