Field Service Technician

The Service Technician provides on-site administrative and technical support to internal and external customers in maintaining Vesuvius products and applications. This role diagnoses technical problems or errors and works to determine proper solutions. The Field Technician also manages on-site activities such as installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks.

Assists with project planning to meet requirements for product function, performance, safety, reliability, cost, and delivery. This role reports directly to the District Manager.
