Job Title : Boutique Property Ambassador JOB DESCRIPTION As a Boutique Property Ambassador, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, seamless, and highly personalized hospitality experience. You will be responsible for front desk operations, guest services, concierge support, and maintaining the overall quality and ambiance of the property.

JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures smoothly and professionally Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a proactive and service-oriented mindset Coordinate concierge services, including restaurant reservations, transportation, and local recommendations Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, quality, and brand standards Assist with luggage handling and guest arrival/departure support Maintain accurate guest information and ensure clear communication across teams Manage front desk, concierge, and guest services operations simultaneously Respond promptly and efficiently to guest needs, including special or urgent requests Uphold the property’s luxury ambiance, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

REQUIREMENTS

【Must】 Experience Experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing roles (hotel, resort, service industry, etc.) Proven ability to provide professional and personalized guest service Education and Qualification Valid working visa in Japan Valid Driver’s License (Japanese, international, or foreign driver’s license with an official Japanese Translation) Skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure Professional demeanor with a positive and welcoming attitude Language Skills Business Level or above in English Competencies Strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented mindset Friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues 【Preferred】 Experience Experience in boutique hotels, luxury hospitality, or concierge services Experience handling international guests Education and Qualification Hospitality, tourism, or service-related education or training Skills Concierge or reservation handling skills Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation Language Skills Conversational or above in Japanese Competencies Self-motivated and proactive with a “go-getter” attitude Ability to remain calm, and professional under pressure Employment Terms and Condition Contract Period & Renewal Contract Period: 11/2/2026 - 3/30/2027 Contract renewal: Applicable Reason of Renewal: Employee’s work performance and attitude.

Company’s business demands. Duty, Work Location & Scope of Changes Duty: may be changed as determined by the company Initial Work Location: one of the company’s properties in Niseko Area, Hokkaido Scope of changes: company properties in Niseko Area, Rusutsu or Furano. Training may be conducted at other location. Employees may be required to work at different properties based on operational needs.

The initial assignment will be determined by the company.
