If you can lead from the front, close deals, and drive gross and volume at a high level, this is built for you. What You’ll Do: Lead the sales floor with urgency, accountability, and results Close deals, desk customers, and maximize gross profit per unit Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team Train and hold staff accountable to performance standards and manufacturer requirements Drive volume, CSI, and profitability across all sales operations Execute daily desking, deal structure, and pipeline management Qualifications: Qualifications: Proven track record in high-volume automotive sales management Strong closer with hands-on, “deal-first” leadership style Ability to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent Experience with CRM/desking tools (Reynolds ERA Ignite preferred) Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Excellent communication and leadership presence Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening What We Offer: Aggressive pay plan with strong earning potential Comprehensive benefits package + paid time off Closed Sundays – work/life balance Strong lead flow and marketing support Reputable, high-volume dealership group
