Full-Time Day Shift Benefits : From $52,000/year, depending on experience Paid time off begins accruing day 1 Health, vision, dental, & HSA plans 401K plan with employer contribution As a Clinical Services Coordinator at Edgewood, you’ll have the important role of mentoring our caregivers! You will train them on both the practical skills of being a caregiver and the soft skills of working with our residents.

Responsibilities

Teach skill competency and clinical reasoning Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care Create a supportive and empowering learning environment Document employees’ progress through testing and observation Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies Qualifications : Active CNA & CMA license Minimum of two years clinical experience Prior experience training employees Passion and drive for helping others A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
