Join our team and help grow our agency through innovative marketing, social media, and community outreach!

What You’ll Do Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and generate leads. Manage social media content, engagement, and advertising. Build relationships with local businesses and community members. Coordinate community outreach, events, and sponsorship opportunities. Identify opportunities to grow the agency and connect customers with our services.

Track marketing results and help improve campaigns. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with marketing, social media, and digital tools. A self-motivated individual who can work independently. Someone who enjoys networking and being active in the community. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to obtain the required Wisconsin insurance licenses for Property, Casualty, and Life. Preferred: Marketing or sales experience, knowledge of insurance, and a related degree or equivalent experience. Ready to Join Our Team?
