Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Guide customers through the vehicle selection process based on their needs and preferences Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits Provide information on financing and leasing options Maintain strong knowledge of current Lexus models and inventory Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure an outstanding ownership experience Follow up with prospects and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings Qualifications: Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor High level of integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record We Offer: Ongoing training and professional development Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Employee discounts Opportunities for career advancement Qualifications: Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision Valid New York State driver’s license Team Player with positive attitude
