Retail Sales Optimization Consultant

The Retail Sales Optimization Consultant is responsible for driving profitable growth by identifying opportunities and developing targeted sales growth tactics across all lines of business, including lead generation, cross-sell and upsell opportunities. This role leverages data and business insights to translate growth opportunities into actionable initiatives and works closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to support effective execution in the field.
