Customer Services Representative - Part-Time (Seasonal, On Call)

The Customer Services Representative (seasonal, on-call) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to help ensure that each guest has a positive experience at Crown Center. Customer Service duties include but are not limited to: answering customer questions in person and over the phone; preparing shipments for customers and processing through FedEx terminal; custom gift wrapping; and processing customer payment transactions.

The Customer Service Representative will also cross-train to serve as needed to perform various duties in relation to providing back up support to special exhibits located at the Crown Center retail shopping center.
