Scheduling Analyst

Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, resource planning, or a similar analytical role. Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyse workforce data. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and influencing skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
