Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment decisions.

Conduct preference and functional behavior assessments. Provide direct support and instruction to individuals with IDD, focusing on independence and goal achievement. Assist with staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Maintain open communication with individuals, families, and other professionals.

Qualifications
