Telecommunications Specialist

Focuses on daily operations, service calls, and project completion for the A/V & Classroom Technologies Services division Works as a liaison between 3 rd party vendors and the customer for the division Assists in inventory control and order processing for the division Assesses daily work and effectively prioritizes time efficiently.

Assists with customer service improvement measures Completes work orders/service tickets for the division Works with the Business Technology Services division manager on billing and purchasing needs Evaluates the division's performance and identifies areas of improvement Assists in technical troubleshooting and problem remediation Assesses user needs and determines the best strategies to meet those needs Performs other duties as assigned
