What They're Looking For Journeyman or Master HVAC License Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills Hands-on experience with rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and HVAC controls Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team What You'll Do Diagnose, maintain, service, and repair a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues Identify system deficiencies and recommend practical solutions Complete work safely and in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards Maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and documentation Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers Pay and Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $50–$60 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Company-provided vehicle 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees and their families Paid time off plus 9 paid holidays annually Ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities Clear paths for career advancement Supportive, team-oriented culture where employees look out for one another
