Utilize HR software and other standard office equipment to record, store and retrieve information Performs candidate screening and behavioral interviews as part of the hiring process Onboards new employees and ensures paperwork, badges are completed and processed in UKG Enrolls employees in benefit plans and provides assistance with issues or questions Enters and processes all types of leaves in UKG Assists in the planning and execution of various events for employees and potential candidates at the DC Accurately tracks various HR information, including but not limited to, recruiting, headcount Assists with minor IT issues at the DC Customer service skills to serve employees in an appropriate manner Assist with processing payroll
