Mechanical Site Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a well-established M&E contractor delivering a prestigious commercial fit-out project in Canary Wharf . This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased Site Manager with strong experience delivering fast-paced CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects within the London commercial market.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the mechanical installation, coordinating labour and subcontractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Manager within the M&E industry. Strong experience delivering commercial fit-out projects , ideally within Central London. Good technical understanding of mechanical building services installations. Experience managing subcontractors and site teams on fast-paced projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP coordination , drawings and construction programmes. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. A proactive approach to programme, quality and problem solving. SMSTS or SSSTS . CSCS . Relevant mechanical trade or engineering background. First Aid qualification would be advantageous.
