Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack .NET Developer with strong expertise in .NET, Azure Cloud, and modern frontend technologies. In this role, you will design and build scalable backend services and cloud-native applications while contributing to modern digital employee experience solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions using modern development practices and cloud services. Key Skills and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET 8+, C#, and REST APIs. Implement distributed system architectures for high performance and reliability.
Build and optimize data solutions using Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL/PostgreSQL, and Azure Blob Storage. Develop cloud-native applications using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor. Build integrations using Microsoft Graph APIs, Microsoft Teams APIs, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric. Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript. Develop user interfaces using Fluent UI v9 and modern frontend frameworks. Build solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Work within Agile sprint cycles to deliver engineering tasks.
Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Write and maintain unit, integration, and system tests. Collaborate with technical architects and global distributed teams. Participate in release management and production support when required. Follow engineering best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Key Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong expertise in .NET (C#) backend development. Experience designing and building distributed systems and scalable cloud applications. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and modern DevOps practices. Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
Experience working across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus. Exposure to Microsoft Fabric is a plus. Knowledge of Fluent UI v9, Griffel, or CSS-in-JS frameworks is an advantage. Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor is preferred.
