• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishware, glassware, and silverware.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, including counters, sinks, and floors.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
• Stock and organize clean dishware and supplies.
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.Qualifications: Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience:
• Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred.
