Role Overview The Director, Business Operations is a strategic leadership role at the center of how Canopy A&D runs as a platform. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role owns platform-wide operational execution, performance reporting, M&A integration, and develops the standardized operating model that allows Canopy A&D’s operating companies to scale.
This is a high-visibility role with regular interaction with the executive team. The ideal candidate embraces ambiguity, and can lead multiple complex, cross-functional workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight.
